In 99% of situations, we do not use ladders and they are used only where they are completely necessary. This is mainly to eliminate any risk of injuries or damages to the property itself.

We provide 24 hours guarantee for our cleaning service, each and every time. We cannot provide a guarantee that nature has a major impact on long-term results.

Re-sanding of block paved driveway or patio is the only additional task included in the price. 

Sealing of a driveway or patio is a separate service and you need to let us know if you want your patio or driveway to be sealed after it is cleaned.

All we will need is an outdoor tap. Everything else is on us.

In this case, there are two options, either to use one of your indoor taps or you could kindly ask your neighbour if they would allow you to use their tap. If none of these two options can be done, we will not be able to provide you with our service.

Our jet washing minimum charge is £120. This could be the size of a small driveway or an area of up to 30m².
